DAY 48 Encouragement

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Philippians 4:13 NKJV

I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency].

Do you have the faith to believe that you can do all things through Christ?  Do you believe that Christ empowers you?  The Word is Truth!  It is tried and proven.  Yet, do we truly believe what it says?  We can say we believe it, but do our actions prove we believe it.  See, faith without works is dead.

The Word, however, is Truth!  It is alive and powerful.  We truly can do anything and everything set before us through the strength of Christ within us.  According to the Word, in our weakness His strength is made perfect.  When we are unable to do anything in ourselves, His strength is perfectly what we need and able to accomplish whatever is needed.

I don't know about you, but many days I don't feel like I can even accomplish the basic things I need to accomplish.  I whine and complain about doing the simplest, although often tiring, things in life.  I'd rather do the "important" things.  You know what I mean?  Yet, He tells us that if we are faithful in the small things, He will give us much.  The funny thing about this - who do we think is going to accomplish the much when we want to complain and slack in the small?

I have made up my mind that I can do anything because the RESURRECTION POWER is in me!  I have the power and the strength to do anything and rise above everything, no matter the situation or circumstance!

...the Spirit of Him Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you...

Romans 8:11

You want to talk about strength and power...!  Hallelujah!  When the Spirit comes upon us, we shall have POWER!  He dwells in us and with us!  There's nothing, absolutely nothing, that we can't do because He lives in us!  He is alive and powerful in us!  He is so ready to do what we need and what we ask because it brings the Father glory!

Now, tell yourself, "I can do it! I can do it! I can do it! through Christ!"  You can do it!  I'm determined to set my mind to be obedient and do that which pleases Him because I know that I can.  I want His power to be seen in me and through me so that the Father is glorified!  I know you want the same.  So, get this Word of Truth in you, abide in it, speak it so you can hear it, and your faith will increase each time you hear it.  Let's do it!
