Life, Love, Liberty quote

My life has no semblance to the dreams I had from the time I was 9 years old. I can't find one aspect of LIFE that could even pass as a small interlude in my dreams and plans. Actually, the life I now live is so far removed from the reality of the life I set out in pursuit of in 1991 that it could qualify as a dream. And so, that's what I have - a Dream Life!

Increase DAY 11

I have to tell you about our little personal story of INCREASE for today.

About a month ago, we received a letter in the mail that we may be eligible to receive reimbursement on mechanic work we had done on our van as they had decided that the issue we had was a common one, and they were going to extend the warranty for those parts.  It happened that about a year ago we had had those parts on both sides replaced which equaled to about $700.  We had inquired about it on our warranty at that time and were told that it was not covered.  That was that.  Then we received this letter, and we thought it would be awesome if this actually went through, and we could receive a refund on the work we had had done.

Truly, I didn't think that we would qualify for the refund.  Oh, me of little faith!  Haha!  Yet, my hubby was diligent and tried for it anyway.  What a good man!  At any rate, they said it could take up to 6 weeks to receive any response to our refund request.  Well, it doesn't take 6 weeks when the Lord is on your side!

We received a refund check in the mail for the cost of the work we had done on the van about a year ago, and it only took 1-2 weeks to get it.  Oh, Hallelujah!  I had prayed that we would get it in time to use for Christmas gifts, but to be honest, I almost hated to hope or believe that we would because so many times before I had asked and prayed for something of this nature and never received.

Praise God!  Hallelujah!  Our God is worthy to be praised!  He alone is worthy!  He will cause the enemy to have to restore that which he stole from us, and he will often give us "double for our trouble."  God rebukes the devourer for our sake, and He does pour out so many blessings that you can't contain them.  I'm telling you, I'm about to burst at the seams with such excitement, joy, and thankfulness.  And really, I'm about to burst with awe!  I hate to say it, but God caught me off guard.

I know that this is only a foretaste of the blessings that are on their way to us!  And let me tell you, God is no respecter of persons.  What He does for me, He will do for you!  You just have to hang in there, and rely on Him!  Even when your faith isn't at its best, He is faithful!  Just stick with Him!  He will not disappoint you!

Thank you, Jesus, for our INCREASE!!!
