Life, Love, Liberty quote

My life has no semblance to the dreams I had from the time I was 9 years old. I can't find one aspect of LIFE that could even pass as a small interlude in my dreams and plans. Actually, the life I now live is so far removed from the reality of the life I set out in pursuit of in 1991 that it could qualify as a dream. And so, that's what I have - a Dream Life!

DAY 5 Encouragement

I'm going to remind you of one thing you already know, BUT I want to make sure you actually know it.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, is impossible with God!

What mountain are you facing today?  Is your health failing?  Are your finances in complete ruins?  Is your family falling apart?  Can you not take another day at your job?  Are you tired of being alone?  Have you had about all you can take?  Do you not see a light at the end of the tunnel?

For truly I say to you, if you have faith [that is living] like a grain of mustard seed,
you can say to this mountain, Move from here to yonder place, and it will move;
and nothing will be impossible to you.    Matthew 17:20

Now, I know some of you need some mountains to move.  You may be waiting for God to move them for you.  I think, however, that today the Lord is saying, "You move the mountain!"  It's like when the disciples and Jesus fed the 5,000.  The day had turned into evening, and the disciples came to Jesus and told Him that He needed to send the people away to buy food for themselves.  Jesus, however, told them that the people didn't need to go away.  Instead He said, "You give them something to eat."  What?  Are you kidding, Jesus?  We only have 5 loaves and 2 fish.

Oh boy, oh boy!  Jesus was up for the challenge.  But were the disciples?  You better bet they were.  By faith, they did what Jesus told them, and the multitude was fed, and they even had leftovers.  Come on now!!!!  You can do this! Get to moving those mountains!

Nothing, absolutely nothing, is impossible with God!

Give that ol' mountain a Victory shout - RUWA!!!!!!!  Ruwa is the word the Israelites shouted at the walls of Jericho.  It means to mar (especially by breaking); figuratively, to split the ears with sound...i.e. for alarm or joy: - blow an alarm, cry aloud, destroy, make a joyful noise, shout for joy, sound an alarm, triumph.
You can do this!  You are up for the challenge!  Give that mountain a RUWA!  March in faith, shout in triumph (even if you haven't seen the victory yet), and watch the mountain be removed!

Nothing, absolutely nothing, is impossible with God!
