Bring forth fruit that is consistent with repentance [let your lives prove your change of heart].

The reality of Jesus Christ being your Lord and Savior is that He is Powerful, and there is no way that He can be your Lord and Savior and not produce change in you and your life. We're talking Resurrection Power! The kind of power that takes something - including our works and our actions - that is dead, and brings it back to life. The kind of power that causes you to be different than the world. The kind of power that enables us to walk victoriously even in the midst of temptation, trials, and tribulation. It's time that we embrace this Power within us, and walk as ones who have been set free from sin. We must throw off any unnecessary weight and encumbering sin because He has set us free from it! Don't wrap yourself up in sin any longer. You have a race to run, a fight to fight, a prize to press toward!
So get rid of all uncleanness and the rampant outgrowth of wickedness and in a humble (gentle, modest) spirit receive and welcome the Word which implanted and rooted [in your hearts] contains the power to save your souls. But be doers of the Word [obey the message], and not merely listeners to it, betraying yourselves [into deception by reasoning contrary to the Truth].
James 1:21-22
Our walk must match our talk. Believe me, people don't care what you have to say, but they will certainly watch what you do. Your "do" must match your "say"! People need to see Jesus in you, your life, your actions, your responses, and your ways. Let's be a good testimony of Jesus, a real representative of Him!
Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside). [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap. For he who sows to his own flesh (lower nature, sensuality) will from the flesh reap decay and ruin and destruction, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Galatians 6:7-8
I want to see you living LIFE to its full! I want you to fulfill every plan and purpose the Lord has for you and your life! I want you to walk in victory, overcoming every obstacle, and declaring the faithfulness of God in everything! I want you to be all that God made you to be!
So, don't delude yourself. You must walk in the ways of the Lord, and your life must line up with the Word of God. Don't sow to your flesh! Walk and live in the Spirit, and reap Life full, till it's overflowing here, and eternal life forevermore!
