Life, Love, Liberty quote

My life has no semblance to the dreams I had from the time I was 9 years old. I can't find one aspect of LIFE that could even pass as a small interlude in my dreams and plans. Actually, the life I now live is so far removed from the reality of the life I set out in pursuit of in 1991 that it could qualify as a dream. And so, that's what I have - a Dream Life!

DAY 38 Encouragement

The Lord has just recently brought a wonderful, wonderful woman of God into my life, and she has been more of a blessing to me than I can even describe.  I have prayed and prayed for several years for a special friend that would be just as excited and concerned about my life as I am about hers.  Don't get me wrong, I have friends, great friends, whom I love dearly.  I just needed that one special friend.  That someone I could be myself around, but she wouldn't think any less of me.  That someone who wants to listen to my dreams, my desires, my hurts, my pains.  She has come along at just the right time to be my Aaron and Hur.  While my strength and endurance have wained, she has positioned herself to hold up my arms in Victory!  She has personally chosen to get involved in my life, to stand beside me through thick or thin, to believe in the purposes and plans God has me, and help me walk into my promised land.

Hallelujah!  God is so good, and His timing is perfect!  I am still struggling with the strength and endurance thing, but I'm hanging on.  I so wanted to bring you a good word today, but again, nothing has come.  After worshiping and searching the Scriptures all day, all I have to share is my thankfulness for a special friend that God has strategically placed in my life for such a time as this.

Don't give up!  Keep praying!  God hears you, and He will answer you!  Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but His answer will come.  Stick with Him!
